Our Dog Wedding Chaperone Service is designed for couples who would love their dog to be part of their special day, without the stress of managing them yourselves.

We help your dog arrive safely, settle calmly, be included in photos, enjoy special moments with you, and then be cared for once their part of the day is complete.

As NSW’s first Fear Free® Certified doggy daycare and boarding provider, our approach is calm, patient and supportive — helping your dog feel as relaxed and secure as possible on the day.

Wedding Packages

 Ceremony Package

Perfect for couples who would love their dog involved in the ceremony and photos.

Includes:


• Up to 2.5–3 hours of wedding-day care & handling

• Pick up & transport to the venue


• Pre-ceremony toileting, settling & comfort care


• Calm, supportive handling during the ceremony


• Assistance with aisle walk or calm handover to a nominated person

• Support during photos


• Assistance with owner-provided wedding attire, flowers or accessories, where your dog is comfortable & safe


• Water, toilet breaks, comfort & supervision at all times


• Safe drop-off home or to a nominated person

 Half Day Wedding Experience

A more relaxed, fully managed experience for couples who would like extra time, flexibility and support throughout the day.

Includes everything in the Ceremony Package, plus:


• One complimentary overnight stay before or after the wedding, valued from $100

• Up to 4 hours of wedding-day care & handling


• Extra time for your dog to settle before their special role


• More flexibility for photos before or after the ceremony


• Support working alongside your photographer


• Liaison with your photographer, celebrant or venue coordinator where needed


• Calm supervision in a busy wedding environment


• Post-ceremony transport home or to a nominated person

 Full Wedding Concierge Experience

Our premium option, designed for couples wanting complete peace of mind and extended support across the day.

Includes everything in the Ceremony Package, plus:


• One complimentary overnight stay before or after the wedding, valued from $100

• Up to 7–8 hours of wedding-day care & handling


• Support across multiple locations if required


• Extended time for photos, reception appearances or quiet downtime


• More time for breaks, rest, toileting, feeding and comfort care


• Liaison with your photographer, celebrant or venue coordinator where needed


• Calm handling and supervision throughout the day


• Priority communication and planning support


• Ideal for weddings with a longer timeline, multiple locations or reception involvement

Pre-Wedding Preparation

A pre-wedding preparation session designed to help us get to know your dog, discuss your wedding plans and help your dog feel more comfortable and confident with us before the big day.

Includes a full daycare day.

• Meeting your dog before the wedding day


• Observing their temperament, confidence and comfort levels


• Discussing your wedding timeline and expectations


• Practising calm handling, lead walking and settling


• Understanding your dog’s routine, needs and triggers

Freshen-Up Grooming

Available through Fluffy Finish Groomery. Perfect for dogs needing a bath, blow dry, brush-out or light tidy before their wedding appearance so they arrive clean, comfortable and photo-ready.

Wedding Accessories
Please provide your dog’s wedding outfit or accessories, where suitable.

We can assist with owner-provided bow ties, flower collars, leads or accessories, provided your dog is comfortable and safe wearing them.

Overnight Boarding

Perfect for additional care before or after your wedding, or during your honeymoon.

Please note: the Half Day Wedding Experience and Full Wedding Concierge Experience each include one complimentary overnight stay before or after the wedding. Any extra overnight stays, including honeymoon care, are charged at our standard overnight boarding rate.

Travel & Logistics

Travel is included within 25km of Glen Alpine, NSW.

For locations outside this area, or high-demand locations such as Sydney CBD, additional fees may apply based on:

• Travel time


• Traffic conditions


• Parking and tolls


• Venue access


• Overall logistics of the day

We usually recommend your dog arrives approximately 30–45 minutes before their special role. This allows time for toileting, water, settling and calm preparation before the ceremony or photos.

Final quotes are tailored to your wedding plans, your dog’s needs, your venue and the level of care required.

For your dog’s safety and wellbeing, wedding attendance is best suited to dogs who can cope with travel, handling, new environments, people, noise and general wedding activity.

While every care is taken, dogs can be affected by unfamiliar surroundings, crowds and excitement. Our priority is always your dog’s comfort, safety and emotional wellbeing, and we will support them calmly throughout the day.
