Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully

By entrusting your pet in the care of Pet Sitting by Antonia, or commencing any of our services, you (the Client) agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Client acknowledges that Pet Sitting by Antonia allows dogs to play and interact directly with one another off leash. The Client further acknowledges that due to this, injuries to pets may occur. The Client agrees that Pet Sitting by Antonia will not be held liable for any injury or illness and expressly waives any and all claims against Pet Sitting by Antonia, or its volunteers for any loss, injury or illness to their pet or their property while in the care of Pet Sitting by Antonia or its volunteers or agents. Pet Sitting by Antonia agrees to provide services in a reliable, safe, sanitary and trustworthy manner.

The Client agrees to express any known behavioural/aggression problems that their pet has with other animals, toys, food or humans. The Client is solely responsible for any harm or injury caused by their pet while in the care of Pet Sitting by Antonia.

The Client understands that all pets accepted must be in good general health. Pet Sitting by Antonia requires vetenarian information and a current DHPP vaccine (1 or 3 year), Bordetella (Kennel Cough) (6 month or 1 year), Rabies vaccine (1 or 3 year) if the dog is old enough. By commencing our services you certify that your dog is current on his/her vaccinations. Pets must be on a flea and tick prevention program whilst in our care. Under no circumstances will Pet Sitting by Antonia, or its volunteers, be held responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza, Injury, Death, Loss or Damages of any kind whatsoever that may occur to any animal while in the care of Pet Sitting by Antonia.

Should any pet become ill or injured while with Pet Sitting by Antonia, we reserve the right to administer necessary aid, and , if necessary, transport the pet to a vet. Any expenses incurred are the responsibility of the Client. Pet Sitting by Antonia will attempt to contact the pets own vet, but reserves the right to transport the pet to another vet if deemed necessary by Pet Sitting by Antonia. The Client agrees to pay any invoiced amount within seven days of the invoice being issued.

The Client agrees and gives permission to Pet Sitting by Antonia to use any photos taken of their pet(s) during any activity for advertising purposes and to use/publish pet's name.
