Remember, heavy socialisation is the single, smartest investment you can make in a dog!
We do not accept adult male dogs over 8 months who have not been de-sexed.

Weekly Reoccurring Day Care
Tuesdays to Thursdays - 7am to 5:30pm. Late pick up available upon request.
LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE. Dogs attending reoccurring day care are exclusive to our overnight bookings.
Please enquire for dogs over 15kg.
1 day:
$60 for small dogs under 8k
$65 for dogs between 8-15kg
2 to 3 days:
$55 for small dogs under 8kg
$60 for dogs between 8-15kg

Overnight Boarding
Available to our existing clients only. Open 7 days a week.
Overnight rates include up to 24 hours therefore a booking may end in day care when exceeding 24 hours on the last day.
Off-Peak Overnight Boarding
small to medium dogs up to 15kg: add $30 to your day care rate
Peak Overnight Boarding
small to medium dogs up to 15kg: add $50 to your day care rate
High Peak - 22 December to 19 January
There is a min. 5 night stay for all bookings between 22 December to 3 January. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure dates.

Home Visit
30 min. visit without a walk: $45 off-peak Mon-Fri, $55 weekends, $70 peak.
55 min. visit including a 25 minute walk: $70 off-peak Mon-Fri, $80 weekends & $95 peak.
Add $20 to rates for two or more dogs
Grooming
Rates for wash, brush & blow dry without a cut. The rates vary with size of dog and length of hair:
tiny dogs between 1-5kg - $35
small dogs between 6-10kg - $45
small/medium dogs between 11-15kg - $55
Price will increase for dogs with long hair.
Dog Walk
Rates: $30 for 30 minutes. For a longer walk add $15 for every 15 minutes. Additional dog rate is 50% of the above (i.e. $15 for 30 minutes).
Other Rates
Drug Administration: $5 fee applies each time medication is given at a specified time each day. Rectal Medication fee is $50 each time administered.
Errands: Errands on behalf of the client will be charged at our discretion.
Emergency Vet Visit: In the event that your pet gets sick, we will take them to the local vet. Veterinary fees will be charged to the pet owner. A $250 fee will apply for our extra care, communication, time and travel. Saturday & Sundays incur a $100 surcharge.
Evening/Overnight Care: If your pet needs to be monitored throughout the night or evening for medical reasons, a maximum fee of $900 will apply, or the client will be charged $100 per hour between 8pm and 8am.

Please Note
Peak period includes school and public holidays, long weekends, and from 20 January to 31 January.
High peak includes 22 December to 19 January.
Early drop-off before 7am are not accepted. Please drop-off your dog the night before (overnight rate will apply).
Late night pick-up are accepted and may incur a surcharge.
Ad-hoc day care is not accomodated during peak periods and only available to our existing clients.
Inside dogs that are not house trained & urinate or defecate inside the house will be transferred outside for hygienic reasons.
Dogs requiring extra supervision or with extra needs will incur a surcharge.
Bitches in Season are not accepted. If your bitch comes into season while staying with us, or is dropped off in season, a surcharge of $75 per calendar day will be charged.
Policies
Invoices are valid for 120 days from date of issue as rates are subject to change. 50% deposit is necessary to confirm and secure dates on all bookings.
Payment is due 7 days in advance for off-peak and 31 days in advance for peak & high peak periods.
There are no refunds for early pickups as we have allocated a place for your pet to the exclusion of others.
We have a flat rate cancellation fee of 20% for any cancelled bookings, unless in the following circumstances:
All Periods:
If less than 24 hrs’ notice is given for a cancellation, or 'no show' during any period, the Client will be charged 100% of the fee.
Off-peak Periods
If more than 7 days notice is given for a cancellation during off-peak period, the Client will receive a full refund.
If less than 48 hrs’ notice is given for a cancellation during off-peak period, the Client may be charged 50% of the fee.
Peak periods
If more than 31 days notice is given for a cancellation during peak period, the Client will receive a full refund.
If less than 21 days notice is given for a cancellation during peak period, the Client may be charged 50% of the fee for the cancelled period.
If less than 14 days notice is given for a cancellation during peak period, the Client may be charged 100% of the fee for the cancelled period.
High-peak, Xmas & New Year Periods
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure dates across the high-peak Period. Full payment is required 31 days in advance.
If less than 31 days notice is given for a cancellation, the Client may be charged 100% of the fee for the cancelled period.
